Corporate Sponsorship Opportunity

LINK YOUR COMPANY TO THE CHARITY RIDE

We have six positions available for exclusive daily sponsorship. As a daily sponsor you will be the face and name behind that particular day. There are various opportunities each riding day to promote your company, for example:
­

• Your company’s name prominently displayed on all support vehicles (covering an average of 60km per day along main roads and through major towns)
• Your company’s name displayed on t-shirts/sweatshirts for the day (worn by riders, volunteers and support team)
• Your company’s name on the horse’s saddlecloths and/or blankets,
• ­Your company’s name included in the daily “blog” (online diary), including a link to your website, details to be confirmed.
• ­Radio coverage on your sponsor day (to be confirmed),
• Your company’s name included in all publicity before, during and after the event,
• ­Opportunity for handing out information (brochures, catalogues, flyers, etc) and/or promotional gadgets at the closing event.

We are open to any of your own suggestions.
Daily sponsorship is priced at €2500

Please note we have a deal with Purple Rhinos Promotional Marketing who have agreed to print anything related to the ride at cost price!

Early sponsor involvement
Our sponsorship comes on a first come-first serve basis. There are only SIX places available (6 days riding) for corporate sponsorship, so act fast in order to have the opportunity to choose which day you would like to sponsor (the first and last obviously being the most eventful).

We are offering an exclusive opportunity to our first confirmed sponsor to START PROMOTING NOW. As our first sponsor you can commence your sponsorship at QPA riding stables, who have agreed to become your exclusive sponsored team from now until after the event. We have a permanent show jumping team who compete on a regular basis all over the Algarve and are happy to start promoting your company now. Opportunities include your company name on our horse transporter, t-shirts, saddlecloths, blankets, etc. Again we are open to suggestions. Please note this option is available to ONE SPONSOR only, until we find another willing team, so please respond quickly.
